COVID-19 PROTOCOL

To ensure the safety of each rider during the Rotary Rally for Kids upon registration each rider will be provided hand sanitizer before leaving the Junction at the Buffalo House. Through out the ride there will be 8 possible stops. At each of the stops there will be a Rotary Rally volunteer. The stops along the way are at bars/restaurants. Riders participating in the Poker Run are required to stop at a minimum of 5 stops along the way. Riders who are participating in the Poker Run, need to keep in mind that they will have to be back to the Buffalo House by 5:00pm. During the ride, riders are encouraged to stop and support these local businesses. When stopping, it is important to keep in mind of the heats of riders, please try to limit your stop to 15-20 minutes to ensure that the ride continues smoothly. Also, when stopping to support these local businesses it is important to keep social distancing and the requirement of wearing a mask while inside.
After the ride, riders are encouraged to come back to the Junction at the Buffalo House. After the ride there will be a raffle and a spaghetti feed. Masks will be required when participants are not actively eating or drinking. The spaghetti dinner will start 5:30 pm and the raffle will be happening while dinner is going on. Please keep in mind social distancing and practice these measures. The Rotary Club’s biggest concern is the safety of their riders and volunteers. If you have any other questions in regard to COVID-19 safety procedures please feel free to reach out and one of our members will answer your questions.
